Get horses back in your life
EndoRehab Equestrian exists to help you rebuild the capacity to fully reclaim your horsemanship
Horses are more than the ride, they are who we are.
When horses are part of your identity, losing them to endometriosis, pain, surgery, or medical trauma means losing far more than an activity. And even when you get back in the saddle, you may not feel like the same rider.
Pain and prolonged protection can disrupt the attunement, responsiveness, connection, and confidence that once felt instinctive between you, your body, and your horse.
That's why the rehabilitation goal can't simply be “cleared to ride.” Getting horses back means rebuilding the capacity to feel present, responsive, and connected again, from your own body to the horse underneath you.
“I know what it means to lose this part of yourself.
Horses were my first career and my entire life. I was a professional horse trainer until my own health made it impossible to continue. I became a therapist specializing in equine therapy, and my path through complex illness eventually led me continue my education and develop Regulatory Rehabilitation™ and EndoRehab.
Years later, the very rehabilitation program I developed gave me horses back. I returned with an entirely different understanding of what it takes to rebuild—not only strength, but trust in your body, responsiveness, confidence, and the attunement with your horse. EndoRehab Equestrian brings together the work I've spent my career doing and the experience I had to live myself.”

Because getting horses back isn't just about being able to ride. It's about feeling like you again.
Body
Rebuilding the strength, stability, endurance, balance, independent aids, and physical capacity required for the barn and the saddle.
Rebuilding trust in your body, confidence in movement, responsiveness, and the ability to stay present when pain, fear, unpredictability, or old protective patterns show up.
Regulation
Partnership
Rebuilding attunement between horse and rider—understanding how changes in your body and nervous system affect your communication, how your horse responds, and how the two of you find your way back to one another.
EndoRehab Equestrian Essentials
Strength, Stability & Conditioning for Getting Horses Back in Your Life. A self-guided rehabilitation program built around the actual physical demands of being an equestrian; from mounting and riding to barn work and recovery.
Every exercise has a purpose that translates back to the horse: building unilateral strength for mounting, stability for staying centered, independent control for clearer aids, endurance for the saddle, and enough overall capacity that caring for your horse doesn't use everything you have before you even ride.
This isn't generic exercise with an equestrian label. This is is the exact initial program Alex used to get back in the saddle.
We're training for the horse.
Available to waitlist members for $39 for a limited time.
While this digital product was designed for people with endometriosis, the exercises included are suitable for anyone who would like to get back in the saddle after time off, health issues, surgery, giving birth or weight loss.

Getting horses back means more than getting back in the saddle.
It means trusting your body enough to stop fighting it. Feeling responsive instead of protective. Finding your strength, your confidence, and your instincts again. Rebuilding the quiet conversation between you and your horse that illness may have interrupted. The horse you come back to may be the same. You aren't.
The goal isn't to become the equestrian you were before you got sick. It's to build the capacity, confidence, and connection to discover who you are with horses now. Because for some of us, getting our lives back means getting horses back.
