Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 27, 2026
Last Updated: September 27, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EndoRehab.com (the “Website”) and the services, programs, educational materials, digital products, laboratory services, consultations, and other offerings made available through EndoRehab by Canary House Healing, LLC (“EndoRehab,” “Canary House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this Website, purchasing a product or service, submitting an application, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase or participate in our services.

1. About EndoRehab

EndoRehab is a program of Canary House Healing, LLC focused on rehabilitation and whole-system support for individuals affected by endometriosis, chronic symptoms, metabolic dysfunction, nervous system dysregulation, and related health concerns.

Our Regulatory Rehabilitation™ approach may incorporate education, health strategy, behavioral health principles, laboratory data, lifestyle interventions, rehabilitation strategies, care coordination, and, when appropriate, access to medical evaluation or treatment through appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

The specific services available to you depend on your location, eligibility, clinical needs, program selection, and the scope of practice and licensure of the professionals involved in your care.

2. Website Information Is Not Individual Medical Care

Information available publicly on EndoRehab.com, our social media accounts, emails, downloadable resources, educational materials, webinars, videos, and other general educational content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

General educational content does not establish a clinician-patient, therapist-client, or other professional healthcare relationship with Canary House Healing, LLC, EndoRehab, Alexandra Mufson, or any member of the EndoRehab team.

You should not use general Website or educational content as a substitute for individualized medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Participation in a specific clinical service may create a professional relationship as described in the applicable consent forms, service agreements, or other enrollment documents provided to you.

3. Not Emergency Care

EndoRehab does not provide emergency medical or psychiatric services.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

Do not use Website forms, email, program messaging platforms, social media, or other EndoRehab communication channels for emergency care.

4. Applications and Eligibility

Submitting an application, questionnaire, intake form, laboratory information, or other information to EndoRehab does not guarantee acceptance into a program or establish an ongoing professional relationship.

We may determine that an EndoRehab service is not appropriate for your needs, that additional information or medical evaluation is required before enrollment, or that another level or type of care is more appropriate.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when doing so is clinically, ethically, legally, or operationally appropriate.

5. Consultations and Recommendations

EndoRehab consultations may include review of your health history, symptoms, goals, available laboratory results, and other information you provide.

Following a consultation, we may recommend a particular EndoRehab program, laboratory testing, educational resource, outside medical evaluation, or other next step.

A recommendation does not guarantee eligibility for a particular medication, treatment, laboratory test, or program. Medical treatments remain subject to appropriate clinical evaluation, applicable laws, professional standards, contraindications, and the independent judgment of the licensed professional responsible for prescribing or providing that treatment.

6. Laboratory Testing

EndoRehab may facilitate access to laboratory testing through independent laboratories or third-party laboratory platforms.

Laboratory fees may include the cost of tests, administrative services, interpretation or review services, or other components identified at the time of purchase. Certain laboratories or collection sites may charge separate specimen collection, blood draw, processing, or related fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party laboratories are independent entities and are responsible for their own testing, specimen handling, processing, reporting, billing, and operations.

Laboratory results must be interpreted in the context of your complete clinical picture. A laboratory result identified as “normal,” “abnormal,” “optimal,” or similar terminology does not independently establish or exclude a diagnosis.

7. Medications and Prescribing

Certain EndoRehab programs may include access to evaluation for prescription medications, including medications used as part of an individualized Regulatory Rehabilitation plan.

No medication is guaranteed.

When prescribing services are provided by an independent physician, nurse practitioner, pharmacy, telehealth organization, or other third-party healthcare provider, that provider is responsible for determining whether a prescription is medically appropriate and for complying with applicable prescribing requirements.

EndoRehab does not override the independent clinical judgment of a prescribing professional.

Medication response varies between individuals. No representation is made that a medication will produce a particular outcome, including improvement in symptoms, weight change, pain reduction, metabolic improvement, or any other specific result.

You are responsible for accurately reporting medications, supplements, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy status when applicable, adverse reactions, and other information relevant to safe care.

If you experience a new or concerning symptom or suspected medication reaction, you should follow the clinical instructions provided with your treatment and seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.

8. Compounded Medications

When clinically appropriate and legally available, some patients may receive compounded medications from third-party compounding pharmacies.

Compounded medications are prepared by compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved products. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are marketed in the same manner that it reviews FDA-approved medications.

Availability, formulation, concentration, pricing, pharmacy selection, shipping, and applicable regulatory requirements may change.

EndoRehab cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to a particular compounded medication, pharmacy, formulation, or price.

9. Supplements and Other Products

EndoRehab may recommend or facilitate the purchase of dietary supplements or other wellness products.

Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless otherwise established under applicable law.

Some products may be sold or fulfilled through third-party platforms. We may receive revenue, commissions, professional discounts, or other financial benefit from certain products or services purchased through links or platforms associated with our practice.

A product recommendation does not guarantee a particular result and should be considered within the context of your individual health history and care plan.

10. Regulatory Rehabilitation™ Programs

Regulatory Rehabilitation™ is EndoRehab’s interdisciplinary framework for approaching persistent symptoms and functional recovery.

Depending on the service selected and your individual circumstances, a program may address areas such as metabolic regulation, nervous system regulation, pain processing, rehabilitation, movement, nutrition, laboratory patterns, medication response, recovery following surgery, and behavioral or psychological factors affecting health and function.

Regulatory Rehabilitation™ is not itself a medical specialty, medical diagnosis, or guarantee of clinical outcome.

The components included in your specific program will be described during enrollment or in associated program materials.

11. Behavioral Health and Coaching Components

Some EndoRehab services may incorporate psychological education, nervous-system regulation strategies, behavioral health principles, motivational support, or coaching.

Not every interaction with an EndoRehab professional constitutes psychotherapy.

If psychotherapy or another licensed behavioral health service is being provided, the nature and scope of that relationship will be separately identified and governed by any applicable informed consent, privacy, licensure, and professional requirements.

12. Telehealth and Geographic Limitations

Certain services may be provided remotely.

Healthcare professionals are subject to licensure and practice requirements based on the jurisdiction in which the client or patient is physically located at the time services are provided.

As a result, some clinical services, prescriptions, or other components of an EndoRehab program may not be available in every state or jurisdiction.

You agree to accurately disclose your physical location when required for the provision of regulated healthcare services.

13. Program Communication and Messaging

Some programs include messaging access to members of the EndoRehab team.

Messaging is intended for non-emergency questions, program support, care coordination, and other matters within the scope of your enrolled service.

Messaging access does not constitute continuous medical monitoring, 24-hour availability, or emergency care. Response times may vary, including during evenings, weekends, holidays, travel, illness, or other periods of limited availability.

Specific communication expectations may be provided separately for your program.

14. Fees and Payment

Prices for EndoRehab services are displayed on the Website, enrollment page, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or other applicable purchase documentation.

By purchasing a service, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amount disclosed at checkout or enrollment.

If you select a payment plan or recurring service, you authorize the applicable recurring charges according to the schedule disclosed when you enroll.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and for any outstanding amounts associated with services you purchase.

Third-party costs—including laboratory collection fees, medications, pharmacy charges, supplements, imaging, outside medical care, or other services—are not included unless expressly stated.

15. Cancellations and Refunds

Because EndoRehab offers several different types of services and products, cancellation and refund terms may vary by offering.

Any service-specific cancellation, refund, rescheduling, or termination terms disclosed at the time of purchase or enrollment are incorporated into these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, completed consultations, completed laboratory reviews, laboratory orders that have been processed or used, downloaded or accessed digital products, and services already rendered are non-refundable.

For multi-month or recurring programs, your enrollment agreement or checkout terms will identify any applicable minimum commitment, cancellation requirements, and payment obligations.

If a specific offer includes a stated eligibility or candidacy refund policy, that specific policy controls over the general provisions of this section.

16. Digital Products and Educational Materials

Digital guides, videos, handbooks, worksheets, protocols, educational resources, and similar materials purchased or provided through EndoRehab are licensed to you for your individual, personal use unless otherwise expressly stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, upload, share, teach from, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from these materials without our written permission.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

17. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, including text, graphics, program frameworks, educational materials, branding, logos, course materials, downloads, videos, and other proprietary content, are owned by or licensed to Canary House Healing, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

EndoRehab™, Regulatory Rehabilitation™, and associated program names, terminology, materials, and branding may constitute trademarks, service marks, proprietary methodologies, or other intellectual property of Canary House Healing, LLC.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

18. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials, case examples, client experiences, laboratory trends, symptom changes, photographs, and other examples presented by EndoRehab represent individual experiences.

They are not guarantees that another individual will achieve the same or similar results.

Health outcomes depend on numerous factors, including individual physiology, medical history, diagnosis, treatment adherence, medications, lifestyle, disease severity, surgery, genetics, and circumstances outside our control.

19. No Guarantee of Outcome

Healthcare and rehabilitation inherently involve uncertainty.

We do not warrant or guarantee that participation in an EndoRehab program will resolve endometriosis, eliminate pain, produce weight loss, restore fertility, normalize laboratory values, prevent recurrence, avoid surgery, improve mental health, or produce any other particular clinical or functional result.

Our role is to provide the services described within the applicable scope of practice and program—not to guarantee an outcome.

20. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information relevant to the services you receive.

You remain responsible for your own decisions regarding your healthcare and for following up with appropriate healthcare professionals when indicated.

You should not discontinue, initiate, or materially change prescription medication solely because of general information contained on the Website or in public EndoRehab educational content.

You are responsible for informing your existing healthcare professionals of relevant treatments when appropriate and for seeking appropriate medical evaluation for symptoms requiring assessment beyond the scope of EndoRehab services.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including laboratories, pharmacies, payment processors, scheduling platforms, supplement dispensaries, telehealth providers, educational platforms, or other websites.

These entities operate under their own terms, privacy practices, policies, and professional responsibilities.

A link, referral, integration, or recommendation does not mean that EndoRehab controls the operations of that third party.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, outages, policies, errors, shipping delays, laboratory processing delays, pharmacy operations, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

22. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Information collected in connection with healthcare services may additionally be governed by applicable healthcare privacy laws, professional confidentiality requirements, informed-consent documents, notices of privacy practices, business associate arrangements, or the policies of third-party healthcare providers.

Website communications should not be assumed to be secure clinical communications unless they occur through a platform specifically designated for that purpose.

23. Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current Website information, but healthcare information, program offerings, pricing, laws, regulations, medication availability, and third-party services can change.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update portions of the Website or our offerings at any time.

We do not warrant that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful technological components.

24. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Website or our services to violate applicable law; interfere with Website security or operation; gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; impersonate another person; submit knowingly false information; scrape, copy, or commercially exploit our proprietary content; distribute malicious software; or infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights of EndoRehab or another person.

We may restrict or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canary House Healing, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, educational materials, digital products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived, limit professional obligations imposed by applicable law, or alter rights that cannot legally be limited by contract.

26. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canary House Healing, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify a party for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply.

Any additional dispute-resolution, venue, mediation, or arbitration provisions should be inserted here following review by legal counsel.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific enrollment agreement, informed consent, payment terms, or other agreement applicable to a service you purchase, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of the Website and services.

If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific agreement will control with respect to that service.
