Metabolic support designed for endometriosis.
An endo-literate approach to GLP-1 therapy
A supported, low-dose approach to GLP-1 therapy.
The EndoRehab Metabolic Rehabilitation Program is an 8-week program for people with endometriosis and evidence of metabolic dysfunction who may benefit from GLP-1 therapy.
Rather than beginning with an aggressive dose-escalation model, we focus on finding the lowest clinically appropriate dose that produces a meaningful metabolic response while protecting nutrition, strength, lean tissue, and overall function.
Work with an endo-literate team that will prescribe what you need, while protecting your system in the process.

Individualized Metabolic Treatment: Your history, labs, goals, and consultation guide an individualized treatment strategy, including low-dose GLP-1 medication when appropriate, dosing, and ongoing monitoring. Medication within program parameters is included.
Who is this for?
This program may be appropriate if you have endometriosis alongside signs of metabolic dysfunction, including:
Demonstrated insulin resistance or elevated fasting insulin
PMOS (formerly PCOS)
Impaired glucose regulation
Elevated triglycerides or other metabolic markers
Significant difficulty with weight regulation despite appropriate lifestyle efforts
Chronic inflammation and pain that has not responded to other interventions
Metabolic changes following years of pain, reduced activity, hormonal treatment, or surgical recovery
Previous GLP-1 use and a desire for a more conservative, supported approach
You don't need to know whether you qualify before applying. We'll review your history and available labs first. In the event this low-dose approach is not the right fit for you, alternate recommendations will be made.
Why low dose?
More medication isn't automatically better medication.
Our goal is to find the lowest dose that is actually doing useful work rather than treating dose escalation as the goal. This is often referred to as “micro-dosing.”
We monitor more than weight. We pay attention to appetite and satiety, inflammation, energy, mood and anxiety, metabolic markers, adequate nutrition, gastrointestinal effects, body composition, strength, and how you actually feel.
The program is designed specifically for low-dose GLP-1 therapy, within program dosing parameters up to 2 mg weekly.
Medication and dosing decisions are individualized and made by an appropriately licensed prescribing clinician. If your labs indicate a higher dose is a better fit for you, we will let you know prior to moving forward.
What's included?
