Medical Disclaimer
EndoRehab by Canary House Healing, LLC provides health education, consulting, rehabilitation strategy, and care-navigation services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate professional agreement, EndoRehab and its consultants are not acting as your physician or other medical diagnostic provider, and EndoRehab services do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency medical care.
Information provided through EndoRehab—including discussion of symptoms, health history, laboratory findings, medications, supplements, nutrition, movement, nervous-system regulation, metabolic health, and Regulatory Rehabilitation™ strategies—is intended to help clients better understand their health, identify patterns, develop rehabilitation strategies, and make informed decisions in collaboration with their licensed healthcare providers. It should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis or as a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed medical professional.
Independent Medical and Prescribing Services
EndoRehab maintains a professional relationship with an independent licensed physician who may provide medical evaluation and prescribing services to eligible clients.
The physician exercises independent clinical judgment and is solely responsible for determining whether a medical diagnosis, prescription medication, laboratory order, or other medical treatment is appropriate. EndoRehab does not direct, control, or guarantee the physician's clinical decisions.
A recommendation or discussion by an EndoRehab consultant does not constitute a prescription and does not guarantee that the independent physician will prescribe a particular medication, dose, formulation, or treatment.
When you receive medical or prescribing services from an independent physician or other licensed medical provider, the medical relationship is between you and that provider and is governed by the provider's own informed-consent documents, professional obligations, privacy practices, licensure requirements, and clinical judgment.
Laboratory Information
EndoRehab may review and discuss laboratory results as part of its consulting and rehabilitation services. This review is intended to identify patterns, trends, and information that may be relevant to your rehabilitation strategy.
Unless a licensed medical professional is separately providing medical services to you, EndoRehab's discussion of laboratory findings is not a medical diagnosis or medical interpretation for purposes of diagnosing or treating disease.
Abnormal, concerning, or potentially clinically significant findings may require evaluation by your physician or another appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Medications and Supplements
EndoRehab consultants may provide education about medications, supplements, therapeutic approaches, and questions you may wish to discuss with a licensed healthcare professional.
Do not begin, discontinue, increase, decrease, or otherwise change a prescription medication solely on the basis of general educational or consulting information provided by EndoRehab.
Prescription decisions must be made by an appropriately licensed prescriber.
No Guarantee of Results
Health and rehabilitation outcomes vary substantially between individuals. EndoRehab does not guarantee that any program, strategy, medication, supplement, lifestyle intervention, or other approach discussed through our services will prevent, diagnose, treat, cure, or resolve any disease or medical condition or produce any particular result.
Testimonials, case examples, laboratory improvements, symptom changes, or other client experiences are individual outcomes and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of similar results.
Emergency and Acute Medical Care
EndoRehab does not provide emergency or acute medical services and does not provide continuous medical monitoring.
Do not use EndoRehab messaging, email, social media, Website forms, or consulting appointments for a medical or psychiatric emergency.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service or seek immediate evaluation at an appropriate emergency medical facility.
Your Healthcare
You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate relationships with your physicians and other licensed healthcare professionals and for seeking medical evaluation when necessary.
Participation in EndoRehab does not replace primary care, specialist care, emergency care, or other medical services appropriate to your individual circumstances.
By using EndoRehab's Website, educational materials, consulting services, or programs, you acknowledge and understand the distinction between EndoRehab's consulting and Regulatory Rehabilitation™ services and medical care provided independently by licensed healthcare professionals.
