Endometriosis rehabilitation beyond surgery.

EndoRehab by Canary House.

Evidence-informed support for the body before and after excision.

You don't have to know where to start.

Endometriosis recovery rarely fits neatly into one category. You may be wondering about metabolic health or low-dose GLP-1 therapy. You may need support with Low Dose Naltrexone, supplements, persistent symptoms, or recovery after excision surgery.

Or you may simply know that you still don't feel well and aren't sure what to investigate next.

That's what the EndoRehab Consultation is for.

We'll review where you are now, identify what appears to matter most, and determine whether you're ready to begin treatment or whether we need more information first.

A Clear Path Forward

1. Start with a Consultation

Your 30-minute EndoRehab Consultation is a focused review of your history, symptoms, available labs, and goals.

2. Investigate What Matters

If additional information is needed, we'll recommend and order targeted labs rather than testing everything.

3. Build the Right Plan

You'll receive your EndoRehab Roadmap outlining what we see, what matters now, and your recommended next step.

EndoRehab Consultation

Come with questions. Leave with direction.

Meet with EndoRehab founder Alex Mufson, LCSW for a focused review of your history, current symptoms, available labs, and goals. Following your consultation, you'll receive a concise one-page EndoRehab Roadmap identifying what matters most, additional investigation we recommend and your recommended care options.

You must have current bloodwork to receive a recommendation. If you do not have current labs, please start with our EndoRehab Essential Bloodwork.

Focused care pathways

Metabolic Rehabilitation provides 8 weeks of focused support when metabolic health is the primary treatment target. Full-System Rehabilitation takes a broader 12-week approach when recovery involves multiple interacting systems.

Metabolic Rehabilitation Program

8 weeks - $999

For people with endometriosis and evidence of metabolic dysfunction who may benefit from a supported, low-dose approach to GLP-1 therapy.

Includes individualized metabolic review, prescribing coordination and clinical oversight, ongoing monitoring, and support throughout treatment.

Low-dose medication included.

Full-System Rehabilitation

12 weeks · $1,997

For people whose recovery extends beyond metabolic health alone.

This individualized program looks across the systems that can shape recovery, including neuroimmune regulation, nervous-system function, metabolic health, nutrition, movement, and physiologic resilience.

Your plan may incorporate LDN, low-dose GLP-1 therapy, targeted supplements, functional testing, movement and rehabilitation strategies based on what your body needs.

Medications, supplements, laboratory and functional testing are additional.

When Recovery is More Complex

Some bodies need more than a focused treatment program.

“I can take walks now for as long as I need them, not for as long as my physical limitations allow me. My singing voice is entering the chat again.”

90-Day Regulatory Rehabilitation Intensive

For persistent pain, difficult post-operative recovery, significant nervous-system or autonomic dysregulation, multiple interacting symptoms, or cases requiring more therapeutic, bioadaptive regulation & trauma support, EndoRehab may recommend a higher-touch Regulatory Rehabilitation Intensive.

This is individualized, multidisciplinary care designed for people who need a rehabilitation team rather than a single targeted intervention.

“My belly feels less tense. It was the place where I held the most tension, and it felt like it could never relax. Now, it finally can.”

Meet EndoRehab Founder Alex Mufson, LCSW…

“I built EndoRehab because surgery wasn't the end of my recovery.

I know what it is to have advanced endometriosis, and to discover that removing disease through excision and rebuilding a body are two different things.

I went from patient to pain-free. I built EndoRehab to make the information, resources, and rehabilitation I wish I’d had easier for others to find.”
