Integrated Rehabilitation
Individualized clinical planning, medication support, and bioadaptive regulation, all working together.
Endometriosis treatment can address the disease tissue while leaving you with persistent pain, fatigue, metabolic changes, emotional strain, or difficulty feeling at home in your body.
Integrated Rehabilitation provides a coordinated approach to these overlapping needs. You will work with Alex and a dedicated bioadaptive regulation specialist, combining clinical therapeutics such as low-dose naltrexone and tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP) with individualized rehabilitation.
Regulation before optimization.
10 weeks - $3497
or two payments of $1,748.50
Your First Two Weeks:
Clinical Preparation
We begin by understanding your history, reviewing your bloodwork, and identifying your treatment priorities. Alex develops your clinical plan in coordination with your bioadaptive regulation specialist, giving your rehabilitation a clear foundation.
This phase includes:
One individual treatment planning appointment with Alex
Review of your medical history and existing bloodwork
Additional laboratory ordering, including bloodwork and functional testing such as hormone, adrenal and microbiome assessment, and interpretation when indicated
Tirzepatide evaluation, prescribing coordination, and individualized initiation guidance when appropriate
LDN evaluation, prescribing coordination, and an individualized onboarding strategy when appropriate
Supplement recommendations and ordering guidance
Foundational movement and exercise programming tailored to your capacity
Review of your completed food diary and individualized nutritional recommendations
Coordination with your bioadaptive regulation specialist
The first two weeks establish your rehabilitation plan and, when appropriate, begin medication coordination and delivery, subject to prescribing approval and pharmacy timelines.
Weeks 3–10: Individualized Bioadaptive & Nervous System Regulation
You will meet weekly with your dedicated bioadaptive regulation specialist for eight individual sessions. Our specialists help you explore the relationship between physiologic stress, nervous system patterns, emotional experience, and your capacity to adapt.
The work is individualized to your history, current capacity, and goals.
Throughout this phase, you receive:
Eight weekly individual rehabilitation sessions
Personalized strategies for tracking, interpretation and integration between sessions
Coordination between your specialist and Alex
Medication-specific messaging support with Alex
Ongoing prescribing coordination and medication monitoring
Adjustments to your rehabilitation plan based on your response
Recommendations for continued care and maintenance
Medication and Laboratory Support
Tirzepatide
An eight-week supply of microdosed tirzepatide is included in your cost when clinically appropriate and approved by the prescribing clinician, along with prescribing coordination, individualized dosing guidance, and medication monitoring.
Low-Dose Naltrexone
LDN evaluation, onboarding guidance, and prescribing coordination are included when indicated. LDN medication is purchased separately through the dispensing pharmacy for optimal quality and pricing.
We introduce LDN within a coordinated rehabilitation pathway. Individual responses vary, and this structure supports careful observation, individualized adjustment, and access to regulatory support throughout onboarding and dose adjustments.
Laboratory ordering and interpretation are included when clinically indicated. Laboratory and specialty testing fees are additional.
What Happens After Ten Weeks?
Your final session with your bioadaptive regulation specialist includes a review of your progress, ongoing needs, and recommended next steps.
You do not need to keep paying the full program price to continue medication through our preferred prescriber. Eligible clients may transition to a prescribing-only option at specialty pricing after completing the initial program.
Your Investment
$3,497 for ten weeks of coordinated care.
Includes clinical preparation with Alex, eight weekly sessions with a bioadaptive regulation specialist, medication-specific support, and an eight-week tirzepatide supply when prescribed.
