Full-System Rehabilitation

When recovery involves more than one system.

Endometriosis doesn't always leave one problem to solve.

Even after disease has been addressed surgically, recovery can involve a body that simply doesn't seem to respond the way it used to.

These patterns don't necessarily have one cause, and they don't always need one treatment.

Full-System Rehabilitation is designed to look across the systems involved, identify what appears to matter most, and build a focused plan around those priorities.

12 weeks · $1,997
or 3 monthly payments of $675

We look beyond a single pathway.

Depending on your history and presentation, rehabilitation may consider:

Neuroimmune Regulation

Persistent pain, inflammatory signaling, sensory sensitivity and patterns of nervous-system reactivity.

Nervous-System Function

Stress tolerance, autonomic symptoms, sleep, regulation and the body's response to activity and treatment.

Metabolic Health

Glucose and insulin regulation, appetite and satiety, body composition, energy availability and cardiometabolic markers.

Nutrition + Physiologic Reserve

Nutrient status, iron and vitamin deficiencies, protein and energy intake, and the resources your body needs to recover.

Movement + Strength

Rebuilding capacity, muscle, conditioning and confidence in movement without overwhelming the system.

Hormonal + Whole-Body Context

Cycle-related patterns, postoperative changes, thyroid and other relevant physiologic factors that may warrant further investigation.

Your plan is built around you.

There is no standard Full-System protocol.

Based on your history, existing labs, symptoms and response to treatment, your rehabilitation plan may incorporate:

  • Low-dose naltrexone (LDN) support and titration

  • Low-dose GLP-1 therapy when metabolically appropriate

  • Targeted foundational supplementation

  • Nutrition and metabolic strategies

  • Movement and progressive strength rehabilitation

  • Conventional and functional laboratory testing when it would change our approach

  • Sleep, pacing and nervous-system regulation strategies

  • Coordination with prescribing clinicians and other members of your care team

We don't introduce everything at once. The goal is to determine what deserves attention now, what can wait, and how to sequence treatment so we can understand how your body responds.

Is Full-System Rehabilitation right for you?

This program may be appropriate if:

  • Your symptoms extend beyond metabolic health alone.

  • You are navigating several persistent symptoms or physiologic patterns at once.

  • You are interested in LDN or other interventions but want support understanding how they fit into a broader plan.

  • You've accumulated labs, supplements or recommendations but don't know what actually deserves priority.

  • You need help rebuilding strength, energy or physiologic resilience alongside other treatment.

  • You do not require intense trauma work, bioadaptive regulation support or daily accountability to execute a complex treatment protocol.

You do not need to determine whether you fit this program before booking. Your EndoRehab Consultation is designed to help us determine the appropriate level of care.

What the 12 weeks look like.

Build the Plan

We begin with your EndoRehab Roadmap, available records and any additional information needed to establish your initial priorities.

You'll begin with a focused set of interventions rather than changing everything at once. Your care team helps you implement the plan and monitor how your body responds with daily access via secure messaging.

Implement + Observe

Adjust + Progress

As we gather information from symptoms, treatment response, labs and functional progress, your plan can evolve with the data and your experience.

Know What Comes Next

At the end of 12 weeks, we'll assess your progress and determine whether you're ready to continue more independently, would benefit from another period of supported care, or need a different level of rehabilitation.

Come Prepared

Everything starts with data.

Our EndoRehab Essential Bloodwork panel includes foundational labs commonly useful in evaluating metabolic health, nutritional status, and other factors that may shape your rehabilitation plan. You'll receive an order to complete your testing at a Quest Diagnostics location near you.

Already have recent labs? Be prepared to upload them when you are invited to book a consultation. Additional testing may still be recommended based on your individual history and presentation.
